Enhance your teaching with our research informed Early Career Teacher masterclasses.

Our ECT masterclass series can be accessed as standalone sessions or as a complete series and are designed to support ECTs in understanding what restorative practices look like in the classroom.  They will support them in reflective practice, help them to problem-solve and share good practice. Our masterclass for the Emerging Teacher;

  • Models what restorative practices will look like in the ECT's classroom
  • Aligns with the Early Career Framework and the DfE Behaviour in Schools publication (July 2022)
  • Offers bespoke training to ECTs and direct classroom support
  • Builds on the existing restorative practices that schools may have done
  • Works in line with the school’s behaviour policy

We know the transformative effect that Restorative Practices can have on school culture as a whole but it can be more challenging for early career teachers and new staff to implement without pre-existing relationships.

All Masterclasses cost £125 per school with up to 5 staff members able to attend.
